Just wanted to share the current market reality that as of June 2008 there very few properties in Dwarka for this budget. The reality is that even DDA flats are going for about Rs 30-40 lakhs and society flats are expected to be in the >Rs50 lakhs range.

I hope you are talking about DDA MIG flats in 30-40 lakh range. is it? if yes, then could you please provide me location for such flats?
