Question about renting property during Olympics?

I have a studio flat in Mayfair and was thinking of renting it out during the OLympics. It has one bedroom, a small bathroom and a small ensuite kitchen. What do you think would be a fair price to charge per day?
_____________
mayfair estate agents

Need a name for a house?

I'm 15 and I'm trying to write my first novel. Its set in 1903 and the narrator is an 18 year old upper class girl. Her and her family live in Mayfair London, but they also have a massive country estate in Hertfordshire I really need a name for the house ( i cant exactly call it something like 17 Burcot Drive) thanks in advance.
_____________
mayfair estate agents

Favorite properties in Monopoly!

The utilities are good if you can get them both early in the game as you can make some good cash from them. i think the best ones are the first purple ones. If you get them and the light blue set, you can pretty much control the game. I think the orange set for me would be least favorite.
_____________
mayfair property

Worried. Live in London?

I'm worried that they will riot in Mayfair, I know it's probably unlikely but if they do my house would be a target.. a major target. It's not like an apartment it's the whole of the building- I'm worried maybe some what irrationally but I can see it getting closer and tbh I'm scared for me, my parents and my property. Its just tbh we stand out- outside the house we have two reserved parking spaces, each with a 2011 rangerover in it.
Can I get an armed guard or police on my door step? I dunno..
What would be the wisest solution?
Also I'm worried about my dad's office (it's in mayfair as well) I mean everything will burn and all of the computers will be stolen.
_____________
mayfair property

Monopoly - how to stop unfair trades?

I recently played a 3-player game of the short version of Monopoly, specifically, the short game in Monopoly Streets on the PS3. During play, I acquired Park Lane and Mayfair (Park Place and Boardwalk for the US), while the other two could not acquire any sets. I made sure to buy properties to stop any chance of them trading between them to get a set each. We each had one orange property, one player offered me £700 for mine. I rejected, since they would then have been able to trade the oranges and greens between them.

Then, one of the players (let's call them A) appeared to give up, giving away their two green properties to the other player (B) for very little money, so it's a legal trade. Shortly afterwards, A took an insignificant property owned by B and bought it for £1000, another legal trade, allowing B to build houses (and eventually hotels) on the green set. The game was then in such a position that even if A landed on my Mayfair or Park Lane (which had hotels on them by now), B would have won (the game ends after one bankruptcy), thanks to greater assets. In the end, A landed on one of B's hotels and B won.

This left me furious as you can imagine. My two opponents had effectively teamed up against me, forcing me to lose, especially since this was the short game (the standard game would have at least given B the chance to land on my hotels).

How do I stop this sort of unfair trading from happening again (apart from not playing Monopoly again of course)?

_____________
mayfair property
