I hold a NRI status (Out of the couuntry through out the year) and need to know if I am required to file tax return:
1. I sold ASOP (India Company) and Paid FBT also. The gain was Rs 2 Lacs. Is this taxable?
2. Used to transfer money from US to Indian BAnk (Ordinary Saving Account) for Car Loan Payment. Is transfered amount is taxable?

Please advise...
