I have started my investments in October this year in the following MF

SIP 1000 /month - HDFC Mid-Cap Opportunities Fund - Growth
SIP 1000 /month - HDFC Top 200 Fund - Growth
SIP 1000 /month - ICICI focused blue chip equity retail group

Lumpsum of 20000 in HDFC Mid-Cap Opportunities Fund - Growth
Lumpsum of 20000 in ICICI focused blue chip equity retail group
Lumpsum of 20000 in Axis Gold Fund

I am planning to save another 3000-5000 per month in SIP. which MF do you suggest for me.

Hi Swapna,

Funds you have selected so far are good and well diversified as well. But its not advisible to have too many funds which could lead to issues with managing them.

You can opt for SIP of HDFC God fund max Rs 1000; Gold might just do well in 2012 as well.

Rest of the money you can invest in large cap funds like ICICI focused blue chip, DSP Blackrock Top 100
