Topic: Usage of 3 health insurance policies for one hospitalization claim

Hi ,
Lets take instance of surgery which costs 25 lakhs , If i have three (3) health insurance policies of 10 lakhs,10 lakhs ,5 lakhs . How can i utilize these 3 policies , so that legally it is acceptable . Is there any chance so that i can get three bills which i can distribute among three policies
