There is no insurable interest and you cannot take life insurance for your parents and make payments for their policies under PMLA act 2002. Unless you prove that your parents are financially dependent on you cannot make premium payment for them. In case you are able to demonstrate that your parents are dependent then you can claim tax exemption.
