I am paying EMI of home loan of Rs 6200/-per month since last four years. I have not got the possession of the society flat in Dwarka due to society scam in DELHI. Whether I am eligible for the rebate in income tax of the principle amount & interest paid by me. If eligible,then how it can be availed and what about the amount already paid in previous years. Second query is in regard of education loan interest paid by the father against the amount taken for children education from ICICI bank
