I forgot to disclose certain Income in my tax return last year, now how do I disclose this income so as to fulfill my tax obligations.

You can disclose additional income in your tax return by filing a revised return. For rectifying any error or furnishing additional details income tax return filed previously can be rectified up till one year from the end of relevant assessment year (or simply 2 years from the end of financial year). Here it must be remembered that you can revise your return only if you have filed your return by due date of filing return (i.e. Up till 31st July, 2008 in your case.)
