Hi,
I am NRI in UK.
I understand that there is no gift tax between blood relatives in India. Does it change if one of the persons is an NRI ? Or should I safely assume that any money transfer between my NRO account and my mother's resident account and vice versa is not liable for any tax.
Thanks
