Topic: Being a non resident will my rental income be taxable in India

I am a non resident and living in US for past 7 years, I have a flat in Bangalore which I have let out,

Any Income accruing or arising in India shall always be taxable in India. Thus the rental income accruing from a property in India shall be taxable in India even though you are a non-resident.
