Hi, I have taken home loan from SBI of 22 lakhs and I have paid 12 lakhs ( 8 lakhs from loan) to builder. Now, building construction is stopped due to some local issues and I would like to surrender my home loan, there is no guarantee when the builder will return my money. In this situation what I have to do….. Please suggest me to get ride of this problem in safe way.
