I have taken 725000 rupees loan from hdfc home loan but today rate of interest is 11.25% in hdfc and in BOB it's 8.5%. My outstanding amount is 693000 rupees and fees and 2.25% of closing charge for hdfc & insurance amount is 10000 rupees. Means almost 30000 rupees added in loan. Loan period for hdfc is 20 years. so, Is it good decision to change over to BOB?
