My father has one home loan in which I am a co-applicant(This loan was taken when I was single)
However, I was not making any payments to the same and have not claimed any Income Tax benefits. Also, the EMI is being borne by my father(till date). Now, I am married and my husband and I intend to go for a house loan together (for a new house)as my income is crucial to qualify for this loan.Am i eligible for a joint loan for this house?
