I have a home loan of around 35laks pending in Syndicate bank. And my property value is 1 crore. I have some other debts with high interests and i would like to transfer the existing loan from syndicate bank to SBI Reverse mortagage loan for 70-80 lakhs, and pay the rest debts and also syndicate home loan. Please advice what would be the best way for me to go ahead and with whihc bank, who can do genuine process till sanctioning of loan.
