My flat valuation is Rs. 28,00,000 and bank valuated it at Rs. 27,171,00. I got a loan of Rs. 23,00,000 and the margin money% is 15.28. I paid 10% as DP. Please help me understand the concept of margin money and how we calculate the same. What will be the Margin Money amount.
