We (myself and my brother) together bought the duplex in chennai, in which the ground floor is under my brother's name., where as the first in my name. We got the loan from ICICI bank for 28Lakhs as my brother as Applicant and i'm the co-applicant. Now the issue how can we can claim the excemptions from IT by using this.Please give reply to this.
