I would like to know once a home loan (say for 10 yr period) is taken and i start paying EMIs regularly, do I have an option to settle my full loan amount including interest at any point of time before the loan period (say at fourth year)? Will i be allowed to avail IT benefits( for the whole amount ) that year?

I am not sure about it but i think you 'll allowed for it.
