Hi, This is Prakash. I have a home loan in HDFC bank. Current ROI is 10%. I am thinking of changing to UNITED BANK OF INDIA. they are offering 8% interest for first yr and 9% for 2 to 4th year.
My outstanding amount is 10L.
Is it worthful to change to UBI, Can anyone give guidance on this regard.

Home loans transfer is a technique to pay home loans and the rate of interest is high. so, if you have got a home loan deal that you would like to transfer for a lower rate of interest.
