Topic: Home loan on existing property.

Hi,
I have already taken home loan from ICICI bank on the property where I stay, now I want money for renovation of the same property. Can you please advise me, which loan I should go for and will that get clubed with the existing loan?

If you are renovating or extending your property if you have home loans you can make it legally.
