With a take home salary around rs. 25000 to 30000( combining both you & Your wife salary), you can get a Home loan of Rs. 15,000
Home loan depends on the applicants age, salary, company working, term of the home loan, etc.
First you may have to submit 3 moonth pay slip, latest form 16 & Income tax return, bank statement for the last 6 months, etc. you may approximately get the HOME LOAN ELIGIBLITY
