I need a home loan in delhi. It is an old propoerty so MCD approved map is not with us.Please guide me which bank can provide the home loan on this propoerty with less interest rate????

rahul, as per my knowledge you have to have the approval and map of the old property. But if it’s a very old property, you can submit the original property papers and get loan against it. Also decide the purpose of loan you want, because they have different types of home loan available with them.
