Topic: Availed loan of 10 lakhs for 20 years from LICHFL

As it's interest rate is 12% floating, I could like to refinance from any other low int bank on fixed or floating. Please advise me.

There are some banks which can be a good choice for you to go for refinance. Axis bank and HDFC are doing good in this regard. But first tell me where do you put on and where is this property.
