When looking for an individual health insurance plan, you need to keep a couple of things in mind. Like.. How reliable is the company you are looking at? Are there reviews or ratings of the company you can look at to determine if you trust them? Are the plans they offer going to fit your and your families needs? Not all insurance plans are equal. And even if a plan is a good one, it doesn’t necessarily mean it is the best one for you. Just as no two people are the same and no two people’s situations are the same, no two plans are the same. So a plan that is best suited to one person may not be best suited to you. Also, what are the options of the plans you are looking at. YOU need to understand the differences in the type of plans, the range and quality of the care they offer, the doctors and hospitals included in the provider network, and which type best meets your needs.

First look for the minimum required cover then go for the policy having the lowest premium.And for this take service of IRDA approved insurance broking firm they will not charge anything and they will give good advice

even i am also looking for the same.

Health insurance is indispensable for every individual keeping in mind the rising medical cost. However, one should purchase policy which is comprehensive and affordable in nature. A health insurance policy is a risk cover and buying one should be easy on your pocket.

Thus if one is to take my suggestion, buy medical insurance policy which is affordable and offer maximum features at minimum premium payment cost rather than purchasing expensive policy which is less in offering. Online search is the way to go about.
