Family floater policy available from few companies.Premium depends upon the highest age of the family member and the size of the family- no of adults & no of children and the company you have choosen.

Premium rate for star health insurance
for 2 adult + 2child
2 lac cover for age below 35 years Rs.3455, 36-45 years Rs 3675, 46-55 years Rs6450,
1 lac cover fro age below 45 years Rs2025
12.36% service tax etc.
