If they take Individually Rs 3000 premium, 2447 premium for 1 lac cover and rs 4200, rs 3400 for 2 lac over. service tax 12.36% etc.
But I suggest you to take family Floater policy for 2lac and above. For 2 lac cover , premium is 6400. service tax 12.36% etc.
So that Who ever needs the claim can utilise the limit up to 2 lac. policy cover AVAILABLE for 2lac, 3lac, 4 lac, 5lac.
You have to submit application, two passport size photo and payment by cheque. ( Since payment by cheque only, it benefit will be available.).For prents you can propose and get it benefits also, if you desire.
. yOUR PARENTS HAS TO UNDERGO MEDICAL TEST. After accepting the proposal form, cheque they will isssue a letter informting to undergo medical test, and mentioning where you can take medical test.Cost will be born by the company. After receiving the medical reports from them, the policy will be completed and sent to you.
This premium is given for the star health insurance. Premium may vary depending upon the company you chose.
By gifting your parents the mediclaim policy you can also enjoy tax benefits.

Your family’s health needs always arrive unannounced.
Hospitalization can happen at different times and the extent of health needs always vary.
Definitely all this can put you to undue stress and financial strain. Not anymore! For now Family Health Optima policy that optimizes your resources to meet every kind of health emergencies. What’s more, it’s a single premium policy that covers your entire family’s health needs, which means no more multiple premiums and multiplied worries only peace of mind.

Promoting Health, Protecting Health. Medical 24 hour helpline. Cashless hospitalisation facility.Free general physician advice. Unlimited free out patient consultation for a small premium. No medical examination up to 50 years. examination cost borne by the company. Faster disbursement of claims. No TPA.Large network of over 2800 hospitals across India. Over 200 hospitals in Chennai. Health consultation through Tele and Video conference.

Hi AjayHanda,

I was searching for something similar. So, after a long search; Recently, I have opted for medical insurance from Max Bupa which is one of the leading insurance providers in India. I have opted for Heartbeat Family First a medical insurance plan that allows you to cover not just your spouse or your kids, but each and every member of your family under one policy. You can cover up to 13 relationships in your family (e.g. your parents, in-laws, grandchildren, spouse, kids etc.). I guess this will this will end you search.

Hi Ajay,
There are many health insurance policies available in the Indian market that offers cashless facility. However, one should select policy that offers cashless facility in quality hospitals. Also, along with cashless facility the policy should offer other features and benefits at minimum premium payment cost.

You may also search online for such medical insurance policies. Also all Health Insurance polices in India offer impressive tax benefits under sec 80D of the IT act.

Hi Ajay,

My cousin has taken up the family health plan recently from Future Generali for her parents, and it seems they have cashless facility across good network hospitals and they settle claims quickly. You can avail for the tax relief other than cash as provided under Section 80-D of the Income Tax Act. She is quite happy that she has insured her family with a trustworthy company, you can also have a glance.

There are many health insurance providers in India and it is very difficult to opt for the best one in this competitive market. Recently, I came this insurance Max Bupa, which is one of the best in India. I was quite surprised to check out their plans. It is basically designed keeping in minds the health needs of Indian family. None of the plans have an age limit for enrollment, direct cash settlement, tax benefits, maternity insurance and much more at quite affordable premium rates. You guys should check it out.
