you can take individual mediclaim policy for yourself and your mother
or \
you can also take family floater policy for yourself and your mother.

for your father you can take a special senior citizen policy covering the persons age above 60 and below 70. policy of 1 lac and 2 lac available. premium 5000 and 9500 respectively.
