for your mother,
if her age is above 60 you can take the special policy for the senior citizen, which covers persons age above 60 and below 70. policy cover of 1 lac and 2 lac available. premium rs 5000 and 9500 respectively. No pre medical test is required.

if her age is below you can take individual mediclaim policy. policy covers from 1 lac to 10 lac available.
premium 3371 for 1 lac , 5955 for 2 lac cover like that.
