I am looking for an advise on Health Insurance for my mom.

Mother's Age: 45
Location: Andhra Pradesh

these are my requirements..
1. Coverage of all medical expenses with cashless benifit is preferd.
2. Preferrably OPD coverage(I understand the premium could be higher, need a comparion among options and the best choice).(is it worth taking?)
3. Tax Benifit
4. Is there a health insurance with return on investment(a plan that would return my premium paid if I did not use the policy).
5. I live away from home, so preferrably assistance with claims and payment(cashless is the best option to my understanding).
6. How to decide on how much sum assured should the Health Insurance be taken for.
7. An insurance provider with trusted network.

Taking health insurance for your mom is really nice, I think that it offers protection in case of unexpected medical emergencies. In case of a sudden illness or accident, and also takes care of the hospitalization, medical and other costs incurred.
