Osteo arthritis is degenerative condition .Any age related degenerative condition would not be covered usually within first 48 months. Similarly you can apply for health policy in case you have had by pass in june 2007. The insurance company may cover with certain restrictions or may exclude conditions related to your previous health ailments or related condition.
