hi,
Is there any fecility for Home loans that If I do a fixed deposit in the same bank, the loan amount would be calculated for the balance
E.g. If loan Principal amount = Rs. 20 lakhs
If i do fixed deposit for 5 lakhs
Will the interest be calculated for only Rs 15 lakhs, as long as the FD is in that bank?
Please help me out on this
