Topic: Registry cost with the new circle rates

Hi,
Can anyone guide me to a link where I can find information about existing circle rates and the new circle rates that would be in effect from 1st july 10.
Basically, i need to know how this would be effecting the registry cost in west delhi area for a commercial purchase. Thanks in advance.
