I have a home loan thru Axis Bank for Rs.8 lacs @ 8.75% for 10 yrs [started in Nov '09] for a under construction property of 11 lacs. I am suppossed to get the possession of flat by mid 2012.

Is it advisable to foreclose the loan by withdrawing maxium amount from my provident fund and supperannuation fund or should I continue to repay my EMI for 10 yrs.
