I heartly request you to solve my problem related to TDS deduction of person coming to our company from thailand to guide people. This employees are from our group itself. We have to pay daily 25$ for 65 days and also salary as per their employment terms at thailand unit.

Sir please give me the guide on tds provisions and also on section of incometax so that i can put my view before my boss.
