Topic: declaring in IT returns.

I have 2 questions: I am a salaried person working in Ltd company.

1) Every month nearly 10 K of SIP i am doing
2) Invested nearly 50 K in shares

do i need to show in IT returns? if yes where i need to show? If I am getting loss in Shares / Mutual funds where to show that?

Pls suggest me. Thanks in advance.
